Male Orgasmic Disorder

Male Orgasmic Disorder

Male orgasm happens at the peak of sexual pleasure, when the various muscle groups contract simultaneously: rhythmic contractions of the pubococcygeus muscle (pc muscle) occur along with contractions of the anal sphincter, rectum and perineum, and the ejaculatory ducts and muscles around the penis. The contracting muscles are the key to delivering the load of semen. The first few contractions are intense and close together, occurring at about 0.8-second intervals. As orgasm continues, the contractions diminish in intensity and duration and occur at less frequent intervals. However, the larger the volume of fluid and sperm that's available for each orgasm, the more contractions it takes to shoot all of it -- and each contraction is stronger and more intense.

The delay or absence of orgasm following what is typically a normal sexual excitation phase is not uncommon. As with other sexual disorders, it can have an onset later in life or have been in effect for the person's entire life, and it can manifest in specific situations or in almost all situations. After a normal phase of sexual excitement, the man's orgasm is persistently or repeatedly delayed or absent. The clinician's judgment of this is based on the man's age and the adequacy of duration, focus and intensity of sexual activity.

Male Orgasmic Disorders:

  • Inability to achieve orgasm despite adequate sexual desire.

  • Impotence.

  • Premature ejaculation.

Cause

In its life long form, Male Orgasmic Disorder is fairly rare. In its acquired form this dysfunction is not uncommon. The cause of this dysfunction is rarely physical although it is sometimes confused with retrograde ejaculation. Retrograde ejaculation is when the man ejaculates into his bladder instead of out the urethra. More often than not, the cause is a traumatic sexual experience, strict religious upbringing, hostility, over control, or lack of trust.

Treatment

There are numerous natural supplements designed to treat sexual dysfunctions. Here are some of the most popular ones:

1. VigRx Plus™ is one of the best-selling male enhancement supplement. This is doctor's approved formula for men aged 21 to 60+ who wish to diminish the physical effects of aging on their sex lives, improve their erection quality and control, and enjoy a bigger appetite for sex with more intense orgasms.

2. MaleExtra™ is the most potent male enhancement pill on the market. It is a great natural over-the-counter substitute for Viagra.

3. A premature ejaculation should be treated at the root of its creation - in your mind. The only cure for premature ejaculation is for the unconscious mind to 'update' the pattern it uses for sexual performance. This Self-hypnosis session is based on proven psychological priniciples to give you what you need, quickly and comfortably.
