1. Where to buy nicotine chewing gum, cheapest?
A: I do not know does it cheapest, but I am buying it at Drugstore. Here is their offer (with links):

A: It'is hard to say and it depends of what flavour you like. I prefer Nicorette (cinnamon).

A: It depends of you, again. A nicotine volume is the real difference, in fact. So, would you like more or less, it's up to you... I am using gum of 2mg.
