Hi,
How to lose my weight fast and forever? Everytime I
lose my weight quickly, it come back faster than I have
lost it. So, firstly what is the fastest way to lose
unwanted weight, and secondly what is the certainly
way to keep pounds off?

Hi Mary,
As I know, there isn't any fast weight loss secret.
It doesn't exist. What I am doing when I want to lose
my unwanted weight is that I am not eating after 6 pm
(only fruit if must), and I am practicing one hour everyday
(every evening). But it is very important that you do
not eat candies or food reach in fat. And that's it.
That works for me.

Mary, in order to keep pounds off, just eat smart.
Only first few days are hard since your body assimilate
on the new food choices and intake order. It is all
about making smarter choices. It is quite possible to
eat really well in a healthy way.
