I really don't know do i have a fear of dentist or dental phobia (and what is a difference between fear and phobia), but what I know is that I am scared everytime I have to go to the dentist. When I was a child, even I was bite the finger of my dentist.

Yuo should know that it is quite normal to feel scared. Who loves to feel pain? There is nothing to worry about. Just open your mouth and imagine how beautiful your teeth would be after dentist finish his job there.

You should try to relax with some music in the speakers on your ears. If it is not help, I suggest you to download self hypnosis. I am pretty sure it would be helpful.
