Hi,
What is the fastest way to lose weight and gain muscle?
Any advice? What is a difference between fast twitch
and slow twitch muscles? Also, I want to know what is
the fastest muscle building supplement?
I know, I asked so much questions, but in fact all
of them searching for answer on one simple question:
How to build muscle fast?

Yap, it's so simple question. I'm searching for the
anwswer in recent 2 yrs
Sometimes I am on the right way, but sometimes instead
of musces, I gain my weight very successful...
A few month ago I've discovered a new supplement of
the plant called Hoodia, that reduces your appetite.
I am using drops called HoodiaThin.
I can recommend it as excellent appetite reducer, but
for your muscle... we have to wait for advice from some
skilled brawny forumer...

Thanks Cactus Joe,
I have heard about Hoodia Gordonii before. My ex girlfriend
was using it, and as I remember she was pretty sutisfied
with results. She was using some Hoodia drops too.
What about difference between fast twitch and slow
twitch muscles? Which is better way to build muscle?
How are you doing?

Well, I have my private gym with several excercise
machines. I'm not body builder and my primary goal is
not to gain big muscle, just to looking good.

Hi Avatar,
We had disscussion about muscle building in this forum
when we disscussed about Twinlab's
Amino Fuel Liquid supplement a few days ago, so
maybe you can see it while you are waiting for "some
skilled brawny forumer"...
Anyway, there are several general advices how to build
your muscles:
- You need calories to build muscles. You should eat
proteins and carbs, but eat 5 - 6 small, quality meals
daily. Do not eat oversized meals. Keep most of the
fat off as well.
- Drink protein shakes regularly (food takes far too
long to digest).
- Switch up some part of your routine every month.
- Stretch after workout. Stretching prevents injury
and improves recovery between workouts.
I don't think that somebody can tell you what is the
fastest muscle building supplement, but instead of that
I recommend you to visit Bodybuilding.com
and review their offer...
