I saw an advertisment for Alli diet pills yesterday. They said it is the first and only FDA approved, over-the-counter weight loss pill. I remember the same big promises when Acomplia has started, but as we see it is under serious review after some suspicious that Acomplia increases the risk of suicidal behavior. So, what is your opinion about Alli pills?

There is no similarity between these two medications at all. Moreover, Acomplia is drug for quit smoking, and weight loss has come as phenomenon...

Anyway, Alli diet pill is nothing more than less dose of well known weight loss pill called Xenical. In fact, both are the same - Orlistat (generic name). So, whatever you buy Alli or Xenical you'll got the same drug but in different doses. Xenical contains 120mg, while Alli contains 60mg of orlistat.
